5th Day of Christmas
Buying & Selling can be overwhelming, you may need some eggnog or adult hot cocoa to get you through it. But fear not, I’m here, I’ve broken it down in a yule time classic. Over the next 12 days I will share daily 12 things to know when buying & selling a home this Christmas or New Year, or well anytime of year.
On the 5th day of Christmas my REALTOR® said to me…
~BUYER~ On the fifth day of Christmas, my Realtor said to me, “It’s a Seller’s market, NO LOW BALL offers, counter offers happen! The odds are on me.” Thats right it’s a seller’s market or at least balanced in most area’s across the country so listen to your REALTOR®, sold home comps don’t lie. If you love the house, odds are so do five other buyers! Counter offers DO happen, so don’t go low and hope the seller counters.
~SELLER~ On the fifth day of Christmas, my REALTOR® said to me, “Follow the FIVE Golden Rules, are all to benefit me.” Rule 1) Hire a REALTOR sells homes, doesn’t just list homes. Rule 2) Be motivated sell your home. Rule 3) Prepare to sell your home. Rule 4) Price your home right, to sell it fast. Rule 5) Get your home marketed well. It is incredibly important when you enter in the mindset to sell your home you follow these rules. These rules prepare you mentally and physically.
