It is important to know things, like the style of home, size, how many bedrooms and bathrooms. Oh and, most important LOCATION! A REALTORS® multiple listing service (MLS), has more information than real estate websites. Whether you were naughty or nice, it doesn’t matter as your REALTOR® will find you a home that will make your heart leap!”
~SELLER~ On the first day of Christmas, my REALTOR® gave to me, “Two cleaning tips & two garden gloves, to get my home lovely” Cleaning and decluttering will get your home in it’s best condition for listing photos and showings. How the home looks and feels is incredibly important. Curb appeal is everything! Top REALTORS® say that improving curb appeal boosts marketability and adds dollar value to the sale. additionally appraisers can’t necessarily put a price on curb appeal, they do however take it into account when reconciling the final value. Lastly curb appeal adds the “wow” factor that draws more buyers and gets them excited to see what’s inside. Here are a few easy things you can do to boost the curb appeal: 1) Basic yard care (mow and fertilize the lawn, kill weeds) 2) Trim trees & shrubs 3) Spread fresh mulch or rock 4) Remover dirt cobwebs and grime from the enterance.
